A structured, supportive home for adults ready to rebuild, reset, and move forward with purpose.

Structured Living. Measurable Progress. Real Independence.

“A Home With Purpose”

PLUM Enterprise is a community-based residential program providing 24-hour non-medical supervision and structured support for adults navigating life transitions.

Modeled after California’s Adult Residential Facility standards, our program delivers the structure and accountability of a licensed facility - without limiting independence.

We specialize in supporting individuals facing:

  • Mental health challenges (non-acute)

  • Substance recovery (sober living environment)

  • Reentry after incarceration

  • Transition from homelessness

This isn’t just housing. It’s a system for rebuilding.

Designed for Adults Ready for Change

Our program serves adults 30+ with income or financial support who are ready to move forward with structure and accountability.

This is a strong fit for individuals who:

  • Are stable but need structured support

  • Are committed to sobriety or recovery

  • Need help reintegrating into society

  • Are motivated to build independent living skills

Everything we do is built around one goal: independence.

Residents typically stay up to 6 months, following a personalized plan designed to transition them into stable, independent living.

A System, Not Guesswork

Serving Solano County and surrounding areas.

Every resident enters a data-driven, structured process built around measurable outcomes:

Every step is tracked. Every goal has a timeline.

  • Ensures the program is the right fit (non-medical needs only)

  • Identifies strengths, barriers, and behavioral needs

  • A customized roadmap with:

    • Measurable goals

    • Timelines (1–6 months)

    • Action steps tied to real outcomes

    • Weekly check-ins

    • Monthly reviews

    • 3-month formal evaluation

    • Real-time plan adjustments

  • By months 4–6, focus shifts to:

    • Housing placement

    • Employment stability

    • Long-term independence
